MP Girl Program Terms & Conditions

1. Promoting Entity

The MP Girl Program is promoted by MP Gymnastics by Indexdivision Lda., corporate entity no. 515815624, with its registered office at Rua Instituto Conde de Agrolongo 25A, 2770-082 Paço de Arcos, Portugal, hereinafter referred to as "MP Gymnastics."


2. Purpose of the Program

The MP Girl Program is a community and brand ambassador initiative created by MP Gymnastics, designed to encourage creativity, participation, and the creation of digital content related to gymnastics, skating, dance, aesthetic movement sports, and the brand's lifestyle.

The Program aims to bring the MP Gymnastics community closer together by providing participants with opportunities to interact with the brand, gain early access to new releases, take part in content creation initiatives, and participate in potential in-person and digital activations.

Participation in the MP Girl Program does not constitute an employment relationship, an exclusive representation agreement, a commercial partnership, or a guarantee of participation in official brand campaigns. Likewise, participation does not entitle participants to any remuneration or financial compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.


3. Program Duration

The MP Girl Program will take place in different phases throughout 2026:

  • Official launch of the Program: May 15, 2026;
  • Initial application period: until June 30, 2026;
  • Start of activations and content creation: participants may begin receiving creative challenges, invitations, and content creation opportunities once their participation has been approved by the MP Gymnastics team;
  • Main Program event: expected to take place during July 2026, including in-person activations, content creation activities, and potential participation in future brand campaigns and productions;
  • Program continuation: the MP Girl Program may remain active until the end of 2026 and may include additional community initiatives, campaigns, creative challenges, digital activations, content invitations, and other activities promoted by MP Gymnastics.

MP Gymnastics reserves the right to modify dates, extend, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, for operational, strategic, or force majeure reasons, by notifying participants through the brand's official communication channels.


4. Eligibility

The MP Girl Program is open to individuals who:

  • are between 6 and 25 years of age;
  • reside in any country;
  • fully comply with the participation requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Participants residing outside Portugal may take part in the Program and participate remotely in content creation activities, although their participation in in-person events may be subject to certain limitations.

Participation by minors is subject to the prior express authorization of their parent, legal guardian, or legal representative.


5. Participation Requirements

To participate in the MP Girl Program, applicants must:

a) Make an eligible purchase

Place a minimum purchase of €50 (fifty euros) in a single order through the MP Gymnastics online store. The qualifying amount is the final amount actually paid after the application of any discounts, campaigns, or promotions.

Purchases made across multiple separate orders will not be combined or considered.

b) Submit proof of purchase

Proof of purchase must be sent to:

support@mp-gymnastics.com

c) Complete the official application form

Applicants must accurately complete the official application form provided by MP Gymnastics and submit all requested information.

d) Consent for minors

If the applicant is under the age of 18, a signed consent form from their parent, legal guardian, or legal representative must be submitted, together with any additional documentation that may be requested for validation.

6. Participation Validation

Participation in the MP Girl Program will only be considered valid once all of the following have been successfully verified:

  • proof of purchase;
  • a duly completed application form;
  • receipt of all required consent forms, where applicable.

MP Gymnastics reserves the right to reject any incomplete, fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise non-compliant applications that do not meet the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.


7. The MP Girl Community

Once their participation has been approved, participants may be added to the official MP Girl community, including through a WhatsApp group or any other communication channels designated by MP Gymnastics.

For participants under the age of 18, access to the community through WhatsApp groups or similar platforms may, where applicable, be arranged using the contact details of their parent, legal guardian, or legal representative.

The community may include:

  • brand news;
  • product launches;
  • early access to campaigns;
  • content creation invitations;
  • creative challenges;
  • invitations to in-person or digital events;
  • other opportunities related to MP Gymnastics.

Membership in the community does not guarantee participation in specific campaigns, events, photoshoots, or in-person activities.

Participants and, where applicable, their parent, legal guardian, or legal representative undertake not to disclose, reproduce, forward, publish, or share, by any means whatsoever, any messages, audio recordings, images, videos, documents, screenshots, links, or any other internal information made available within the MP Girl community, unless expressly authorized in writing by MP Gymnastics.

Participants are likewise prohibited from sharing any internal communications or content from the MP Girl community on social media platforms, messaging groups, or any other channels, including screenshots or conversation transcripts, unless expressly authorized by MP Gymnastics.


8. Selection for Activations and Content Opportunities

MP Gymnastics may select participants for specific content creation initiatives, campaigns, photoshoots, events, or digital activations based on internal criteria, including but not limited to:

  • creativity;
  • content quality;
  • consistency of participation;
  • alignment with the brand identity;
  • alignment with the current MP Gymnastics collection;
  • attitude and communication;
  • suitability for the concept of each campaign.

Selection is not automatic and does not create any entitlement or right to participate. All decisions made by MP Gymnastics regarding participant selection are final and not subject to appeal.


9. Content Creation and Use

By participating in the MP Girl Program and submitting content to MP Gymnastics, the participant and, where applicable, their parent, legal guardian, or legal representative authorize MP Gymnastics to use, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish, communicate, and distribute the submitted content, including the participant's image, voice, name, photographs, videos, testimonials, User Generated Content (UGC), and any other content created within the scope of the Program.

Such content may be used for promotional, institutional, and commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

  • social media;
  • the official website and online store;
  • partner online stores;
  • digital campaigns;
  • advertising;
  • newsletters;
  • presentations;
  • catalogues;
  • promotional materials;
  • future MP Gymnastics campaigns.

The specific conditions relating to personal data protection, image rights, and consent are set out in the MP Girl Program Data Protection, Consent and Image Use Policy.


10. Responsibility for Submitted Content

Within the scope of the MP Girl Program, each participant represents and warrants that all content submitted is their original work or that they hold all rights, permissions, and licenses necessary for its use, including, where applicable, image rights, copyrights, related rights, music rights, graphic elements, texts, trademarks, logos, and any other elements incorporated into the content.

Participants undertake not to submit any content that infringes the rights of third parties, has been plagiarized, copied, fraudulently or unlawfully obtained, or contains materials whose use has not been duly authorized.

Participants and, where applicable, their parent, legal guardian, or legal representative assume full responsibility for the legality of all submitted content.

MP Gymnastics reserves the right not to use, remove, edit, or discontinue the publication of any content where there are reasonable grounds to believe that it infringes the rights of third parties, without prejudice to its right to request proof of ownership or authorization for use.


11. In-Person Events

Participation in in-person events organized by MP Gymnastics may be subject to additional authorization from the participant's parent, legal guardian, or legal representative, where applicable.

Participants undertake to comply with all organizational and safety instructions provided by the MP Gymnastics team during events, photoshoots, activations, and other in-person initiatives.


12. Community Code of Conduct

All participants undertake to behave respectfully and appropriately within the MP Girl community and in all interactions with MP Gymnastics, its partners, and other community members.

In particular, the following will not be tolerated:

  • offensive language;
  • harassment or discrimination;
  • spam;
  • sharing inappropriate content;
  • abusive behaviour;
  • conduct that is harmful to the community, the brand, or third parties.

MP Gymnastics reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant from the community whenever it considers that inappropriate behaviour or a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred.

14. Amendments to the Program

MP Gymnastics reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the MP Girl Program, in whole or in part, whenever necessary for technical, operational, legal, or strategic reasons.

Any significant changes will be communicated through the brand's official communication channels.


15. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Participation in the MP Girl Program constitutes confirmation that the participant has read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the MP Girl Program Data Protection, Consent and Image Use Policy applicable to the Program.
