MP Girl Program Terms & Conditions

1. Promoting Entity

The MP Girl Program is promoted by MP Gymnastics by Indexdivision Lda., corporate entity no. 515815624, with registered office at:

Hereinafter referred to as “MP Gymnastics.”

2. Purpose of the Program

The MP Girl Program is a community and brand ambassador program created by MP Gymnastics, aimed at promoting creativity, participation, and digital content creation related to the worlds of gymnastics, skating, dance, aesthetic movement disciplines, and the brand’s lifestyle universe.

The program aims to bring the MP Gymnastics community closer to the brand by providing participants with opportunities to interact with the brand, gain early access to new releases, participate in content initiatives, and take part in possible in-person and digital activations.

Participation in the MP Girl Program does not constitute an employment relationship, exclusive representation agreement, or guarantee participation in official brand campaigns.

3. Program Duration

The MP Girl Program will take place in different phases throughout 2026:

  • Official program launch: May 15, 2026;
  • Initial application period: until June 30, 2026;
  • Start of activations and content creation: participants may begin receiving challenges, invitations, and content opportunities as soon as their participation is validated by the MP Gymnastics team;
  • Main program event: scheduled to take place during July 2026, including in-person activations, content creation, and possible participation in future brand campaigns and productions;
  • Program continuity: the MP Girl Program may remain active until the end of 2026, including additional community initiatives, campaigns, creative challenges, digital activations, content invitations, and other initiatives promoted by MP Gymnastics.

MP Gymnastics reserves the right to change dates, extend, suspend, or terminate the program, in whole or in part, for operational, strategic, or force majeure reasons.

4. Eligibility

The MP Girl Program is open to individuals who:

  • are between 6 and 25 years old;
  • reside in any country;
  • fully comply with all participation requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions.

Participants residing outside Portugal may participate in the program and in remote content creation, although limitations may apply regarding participation in in-person events.

For minors, participation is strictly subject to prior authorization and consent from their legal guardian or legal representative.

5. Participation Requirements

To participate in the MP Girl Program, participants must:

a) Make an eligible purchase

Make a minimum purchase of €50 (fifty euros) in a single order placed through the MP Gymnastics online store.

The minimum qualifying amount corresponds to the final amount paid after discounts, promotions, or campaigns have been applied.

Combined purchases from separate orders will not be considered.

b) Submit proof of purchase

Proof of purchase must be sent to:

support@mp-gymnastics.com

c) Complete the official application form

Participants must correctly complete the official application form provided by MP Gymnastics, submitting all requested information.

d) Consent for minors

For participants under the age of 18, signed consent from a legal guardian or legal representative is mandatory.

6. Participation Validation

Participation will only be considered valid after:

  • validation of proof of purchase;
  • validation of the application form;
  • receipt of all required consents, when applicable.

MP Gymnastics reserves the right to reject incomplete, fraudulent, duplicate, or non-compliant applications.

7. MP Girl Community

After validation, participants may be added to the official MP Girl community, namely through WhatsApp groups or other communication channels defined by the brand.

The community may include:

  • brand updates;
  • product launches;
  • early campaign access;
  • content creation invitations;
  • creative challenges;
  • invitations to in-person or digital events;
  • other opportunities related to MP Gymnastics.

Joining the community does not guarantee participation in specific campaigns, events, photoshoots, or in-person activities.

8. Selection for Activations and Content Opportunities

MP Gymnastics may select participants for specific content initiatives, campaigns, photoshoots, events, or digital activations.

Selection will be carried out internally by the brand team, based on criteria such as:

  • creativity;
  • content quality;
  • consistency of participation;
  • alignment with the brand identity;
  • alignment with the current MP Gymnastics collection;
  • attitude and communication;
  • suitability for each campaign concept.

All decisions made by MP Gymnastics regarding participant selection are final and not subject to appeal.

9. Content Creation and Usage

By participating in the MP Girl Program and submitting content to MP Gymnastics, the participant (and legal guardian, when applicable) authorizes the brand to use submitted content.

MP Gymnastics may use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and share submitted content, including photographs, videos, testimonials, and user-generated content (UGC), for purposes including:

  • social media;
  • website;
  • digital campaigns;
  • advertising;
  • presentations;
  • catalogs;
  • promotional materials;
  • future brand campaigns.

Specific conditions relating to data protection, image rights, and consent are described in the MP Girl Data Protection and Consent Policy.

10. Community Rules

All participants agree to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior within the MP Girl community.

The following will not be tolerated:

  • offensive language;
  • harassment or discrimination;
  • spam;
  • abusive behavior;
  • sharing inappropriate content;
  • actions harmful to the community or the brand.

MP Gymnastics reserves the right to remove participants from the community whenever inappropriate behavior or violation of these rules is identified.

12. Program Changes

MP Gymnastics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the MP Girl Program, in whole or in part, whenever necessary for technical, operational, legal, or strategic reasons.

Any relevant changes will be communicated through the brand’s official communication channels.

13. Acceptance of the Terms

Participation in the MP Girl Program implies full reading, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, as well as the applicable Data Protection and Consent Policy of the program.
