How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to cancel your order or return one or more items, you can submit your request directly from your customer account.

How to Request a Return or Cancellation

  1. Log in to your customer account using the email address you used to place your order.

  2. Open My Orders and select the order you want to return or cancel.

  3. Click Request Return.

  4. Select the item(s) you wish to return.

  5. Choose the quantity and the reason for your request.

  6. If needed, add a comment with any additional information.

  7. Click Request Return to submit your request.

Once your request has been received, our team will review it and contact you if any additional information is required.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item(s).

Cancelling an Order

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request its cancellation by following the same steps above as soon as possible.

If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal by requesting a return within the applicable withdrawal period.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method in accordance with our Return Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
