At MP Gymnastics, we aim to make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Our Returns & Refunds Policy is designed to be straightforward and clear.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • You can request a return and refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Custom items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Contact us at support@mp-gymnastics.com with your order details and the reason for your return.

  • Alternatively, you can go to your account area and request an automatic return.

  • If the item is defective or damaged, please include a photo with your message.

Returns for Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item is defective or damaged, we will offer a full refund.

  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the item for inspection, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Returns for Other Reasons

  • If you’re returning an item for any other reason (e.g., incorrect size or style), you will receive a refund for the item’s price.

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.

Processing Your Refund

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that different payment methods have different time cycles for processing refunds, so the timing may vary.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom items that are not defective are not eligible for return.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, without misuse, damage, or missing parts.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Return Shipping Options

  • You may choose to use your own shipping method for returns.

  • Alternatively, you can request a return shipping label from our customer support team. The cost will be communicated to you and will be deducted from your refund amount.

In-Store Returns

  • If you prefer, you can bring your return to our store. Please visit the "Visit our Store" section on our homepage to automatically book your visit.
