Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
You can request a return and refund within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
Custom items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Contact us at support@mp-gymnastics.com with your order details and the reason for your return.
Alternatively, you can go to your account area and request an automatic return.
If the item is defective or damaged, please include a photo with your message.
Returns for Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is defective or damaged, we will offer a full refund.
In some cases, we may ask you to return the item for inspection, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Returns for Other Reasons
If you’re returning an item for any other reason (e.g., incorrect size or style), you will receive a refund for the item’s price.
You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.

Non-Refundable Items
Custom items that are not defective are not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged.
